Order Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to process all of our orders within a maximum of 7 days.

If you choose for us to personalise your order, we will make contact with you through your chosen contact details within 24 hours. Please make sure that you include this in the 'Checkout notes'. Don't worry if you forget- we will contact you through the email address used during checkout.

We want to stay connected to our customers, so personalised orders are something that we will want to make sure you are happy with. Your order will be processed quicker if we can make contact with you for approval.

All of our items come with free delivery. We typically use Evri or Royal Mail.

We do like to use next day for our items, but if you need an order quickly please get in touch. We like to be helpful, so getting an item for a special date is not a problem if we have the materials in stock.

We will provide you with a tracking number when your item has been dispatched.
